Yoga Instructor
Amber is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Movement Coach specializing in mobility, recovery, and movement quality for active individuals and athletes.
She holds a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma with Distinction from St. Lawrence College and is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner (RHEP). Amber is also a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor, and an Ontario Fitness Council Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Amber brings a diverse background in group fitness, movement coaching, and athletic performance support. She has extensive experience leading yoga, Pilates, mobility, and high-energy group fitness sessions, while providing movement coaching and exercise modifications for a wide range of populations. Her background also includes over 300 hours of athletic therapy and strength and conditioning placement experience, where she supported athletes with recovery strategies, injury prevention, and return-to-play progressions.
Amber’s approach focuses on helping clients improve mobility, enhance recovery, and develop strong, efficient movement patterns. She combines principles from yoga, Pilates, and strength training to help individuals move better, recover faster, and build long-term durability.
