Football Technical Skills Coach

Grant brings extensive on-field experience and coaching expertise to help athletes maximize performance.

Grant played offensive guard and tackle for the Bishop’s University Gaiters from 2012–2014, earning Newcomer of the Year honors in 2012, and is a KASSAA, EOSSAA, and OFSSA champion from his playing days in Kingston.

He began his coaching career in 2019, winning a KASSAA championship at Holy Cross before coaching with the Kingston Grenadiers and the Skyhawks, where in 2024 he led the CJFL team to their best record and first playoff win.

Grant currently serves as Director of Coaching for the Kingston Grenadiers.

At Kingston Sports Science, Grant integrates his football expertise with the strength and conditioning team, working hand-in-hand with coaches to develop athletes’ technical skills, physical performance, and on-field IQ.
